Virgin Media told me I could not have the Full Bundle deal including the V6 Box and allow me to upgrade from the Tivo Box as I was not a New member, I have however been a Loyal customer for over 15 years! it took me to the cancellation department before they decided to allow me to have the deal and V6 Box!....
