Hi Daddy, Rhino is good with organic shape into certain level. you can use control point to push and pull to get the organic shape. however, if you want to get in more detail like hair texture. you may want to bring the basic model into Zbrush to make it more realistic.

Hello sir! Can you make video how to convert mesh file to normal file? For edit sonething
you can use MeshToNURB command to do that but it won't be much to edit since you will have so many polysurfaces.
