Thank you so much for this! It was so fun to draw along and it was easily understandable for me :DD Excited to draw in this format more, keep it up! You're helping a lot of people!
thank you so much for this tutorial! I was watching and drawing at the same time, at the end result it turned better than I expected and despite it's a complicated method, for me this one really make sense at every step (or maybe it's your teaching way that made me understand well lol)
Thanks a lot I have been searching for some one to explain this method of drawing head because when I try to follow loomis method but I get lost when trying to draw the face thanks a lot it’s very helpful 😊
Hey I’m so glad I stumbled across this video. Thanks for sharing and welcome as a new subscriber. I look forward to seeing more from you too 😁😁😁😁✋✋✋✋✋✋
hi, i just started learning how to draw the head properly and got so frustated about it when i stumbled upon your video. I tried learning from michael hampton's book and other tutorials but i can't seem to get the planes right. someone mentioned to try the asaro head but i didn't know where to start, so your video really helped me a lot to understand it step by step! thank you so much!! looking forward for more head videos from you. if it's not too much, maybe in a later video could you please explain how to put the eyes into the eye sockets correctly? thank you very much
Hey I stumbled upon your video and I really like how you do everything. Ive just been curious, is there any general rule on how far you extend the jaw before curving it into the chin?
seems to be about the same place you line up the bottom of the lip as well, if that helps. So when you go to do your lip line, you could adjust or draw according to that ratio as well??
With an HB pencil on grey paper it's very hard to see details in the head you're drawing. A downloadable image of the head would be helpful. I like this technique for drawing the front view of the head.
Best simplified but very effective loomis / Riley method made so easy to follow 👏thank … but plzzzz tha piano music and the traffic noice Not relaxing … suggest guitar instrumental music it’s soothing while you paint 😊
" Draw something that's human first" 😂 a teachers way of saying stop goofing around and learn the darn basics first , if you intend to get better ! You are awesome. .
Not explained enough. Carving of the sides of the circle is approximate. Then said half circle then quarter circle. Eyes are too close to each othe. Not great, not terrible lesson.
Yes!! A new video is LONG over do with much cleaner lines and better description of how I’m getting each line. Also the new video will be shot in 5k. Thank you for pointing that out.

Ive just been curious, is there any general rule on how far you extend the jaw before curving it into the chin?
Great question. it’s different for everyone one but roughly 1/2 way between the nose and chin.

@@mmm.mmm.mmm. not always. we really need to stop thinking and listen to what our eyes are telling us!

: ) will do
Make a video when u use this method on real portrait please
that won't work. This is intended to understand placement & structure. You need this (Arithmetic) before you get to portrait drawing (Algebra).
@@raminfardschoolofarts6845 u right but u know sometimes u interested more for the result than basic that's why i said and thank u for tutorial
