    Hey folks, so it seems this video went live way before I meant it to and I don't have the link to where you can download Butcher Pete, I'll get it to you asap though!!

      I haven't made it through all the series you've got, so idk if its out. But id love to use Pete's stuff if you'd let me know where I could find it! Your videos are awesome by the way! Just got my 2 player kit, beyond excited to get started!

    Awesome to see someone covering this book, was an interesting "bridge" between pure TT and RPG

    What a wild coincidence; I just got this book in the mail ~3 days ago (I ordered it a couple months ago. 😕) and have barely flipped through it to see what it included. Love the idea of creating characters for the tabletop game this way. Glad I picked it up! 😀

    It would be awesome if Modiphius shared their formula for determining points of character and Items. that would be super powerful for the game, and wouldn't affect the competitive scene at all simply by only allowing official characters/units.
    It would be an interesting challenge to take a current unit/character and reverse design it using the character creation system to try and figure out the points formula. As I only really play casually, or solo/co-op the points are really only used for balance for me.
    I have played tabletop wargames since the mid 90s and Fallout Wasteland Warfare is currently my favorite.

      Modiphius has already said that they don't follow an actual formula for determining the unit and item point costs and they just kind of assign the points by feel.

      Totally agree, reading through the book there's a lot of great content there.

      Yeah, it's a shame they dropped it so completely. I feel that there is a lot that could be done for people that dont want a full on TTRPG, but I guess we can always homebrew.

      @@LumberingTroll Well, they've recently released PDFs for the Unexpected Shepard solo campaign (parts 1, 2 and 3) which use this book, so they haven't forgotten it completely!

    This book seems so cool, why have I never heard of this 😂. Can you use the RPG book alongside the settlement mode?

    • @MisfitHobbies
      @MisfitHobbies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It was kind of released and then forgotten about really. You absolutely can, it’s been made to be a companion to FWW just like the other expansions like settlement mode

    Is there a place to get a build-a-mini for wasteland warfare? I would like to have a mini or my character from the games.

    This whole RPG version of FWW was just on Humble Bundle with STLs and PDFs, and I thought it was a Standalone Game.
    Given that I'm here writing this comment, I was evidently, very very wrong 🥲

    @Tabletop Hub, Do you use Discord? It would be a lot of fun to organize some games using Tabletop Simulator. I dont get to play much locally :D

      I do indeed have Discord, there's a Tabletop Hub one actually where I'm doing some scenario playtesting but I don't often play online I'm afraid :(
