- We’re back and up to our old tricks of inviting ourselves over to dinner at your place so we can spill the Psychonauts beans all over your table, before disappearing once more into the night. Whilst messy and hard to clean up, our beans are coated in mystery, and those who choose to eat them will learn much about what we’ve been up to. Eat the spilled beans friends, scoop up a handful and cram them into your mouth and all shall be revealed!

Love the implication that Raz modeled his new look after Sasha's outfit. The updated style and environments are looking great so far. Hope the world feels as interactive and actively populated as the first game.
Love how they kept his helmet, googles and entire body perfect to his original look. They didn't try to update his model to a more realistic detailed model just HD the old one with a new coat and bag

Looking great! Looks graphically and gameplay-wise (so far) how a sequel should look. Everything is more high quality and modern, but the core of what made Psychonauts good still seems to be there. Stick to what worked.

Having high hopes for this. Beyond Good and Evil 2 reveal has left a very bitter taste.
I love Raz's confident smirk in this one. In the first game he never showed much emotion outside of cutscenes, which I guess makes sense because he was so determined to finish training, but now he looks so proud of himself for finally making it into the psychonauts. Seeing my boi happy makes me happy
I think Lili is gonna dig Raz's new threads.
I hope the original outfit is gonna be an alternate costume you can wear in-game, but the new outfit also looks real good!

Just wow man. Raz's new design looks amazing. Everything is looking superb. Cannot wait, loving how this is turning out!
Psychonauts became, very recently, one of my favorite games of all times. Excitement does not do justice to how much squealing is going on internally over how this is looking.
And the idea that Raz would try to emulate Sasha is adorable.
I love Raz's trench coat ;) also the interior of the Mother Lobe looks beautiful, as do the open environments of the quarry.
I just completed Psychonauts... I didn't know there was a second one in the workings. Just when I thought that the universe is cruel for only producing ONE... You deserve my money. Oh God... thankfully I didn't play this game before so I got spared the agony of waiting for a sequel.
I'm playing Psychonauts right now. Wow, just wow. This game is seriously underrated. Hopefully the 2nd game will be more well known.

My favorite part of psychonauts was Tim's old school jokes.
In Psychonauts we got to experience all of camp but in one day and night!
It is the combination of banjo music the campfire feel and the time line that gives psychonauts it's feel.
It is a memorable feeling that long lasts in the memory.

I'm sure its a coincidence, but I love that the Psychonauts gear/undershirt for Raz is a lighter teal, like the coloration glitch you get when you play the Xbox version on the 360.
I liked the old raz outfit but I also like the new one too.
It has been a very long time since I've actually been excited for a game. Psychonauts always held a special place in my childhood and even playing it now as an adult it is still a phenomenal game. Can't wait to see what's next.

I have been playing on my Nintendo Switch much more then I have my PC and PS4 and I would definitely recommend it to my friend who also has a Nintendo Switch.
Amazing art style and I'm so glad they are keeping that tim burton aesthetic that made the original so uniquely psychonauts. If anything they should really focus a lot in the platforming and variety and coming from a console oriented background, I'm so freaking happy this is coming to PC.
Here's to hoping that more developers embrace that PC goodness in years to come.

New Raz looks kick ass!
i love razputins new design. i even made some mock ups myself to send to them. his original design looks much better now, but Raz needed a new design to help emphasise his growth and take advantage of clothing details that they now can incorporate.
Also his new design makes Razputin more mature not just clothing wise but his favial model was re deaign to look older and more serious. kinda like Sora from kh 1 and kh2.
he looks more athletic, confident ans much intellectual and powerful not to mention a lil like Noctis design

Idea for you developers.
Raz gets tattooes on his body instead of those marks he used to get on his backpack for learning new skill.
Because psychonauts are like CIA. You never leave it.

Missing the backing period was a huge regret on my part, but I won't make that mistake again!
I just showed a friend of mine the trailer for KH3 the most recent one. Then I showed him Psychonauts 2 (this trailer as well) Like he said, "Looks like Raz could pop out of the blue in the KH3 game and you could use him to kill Heartless with Psychokinesis".
The game looks that great and i swear i couldnt agree more. Anyways good job guys!

I have waited so long for Psychonauts 2. I just 100% completed it a few moments ago, and it was the first time I completed it. (Even if I played it a ton of times on my ps2 before I bought it on Steam) anyways keep up the amazing work guys, and I love the redesign of Raz. It's perfect. (Can't wait for Psychonauts 2 and a new adventure with Raz)

When Raz rides on the pipe he needs to get a speed boost or just a stop in the middle like something that pushing him so u can use the orange ball to push raz from behind or like stop him
im proud to say psychonauts makes my 4th completed double fine game. played it back in 2008 and finally got to complete it in 2017. loved it and getting part 2.

I wonder how involved Tim Schafer is with this game.
Right? Everything there is his But everyone else seems to control the whole thing like how he isn't allowed to show anything not by choice because it's his game.
I am pretty sure he's the head honcho of the story. But also being the head of the studio he has other responsibilities too now, so maybe he was not in the position to be the actual producer/director/ But be sure that if he doesn't like something about the game, that something will probably go out the window. And the final version of the game will probably need to be approved by him.

I noticed the surname of 'Boole' alongside Cruller on a flag of some sort so that could mean that Doggen is a descendant of a past Grand Head for the psychonauts. His incredible abilities are further explained.

When I heard that psychonauts 2 was going to be a thing, I was kind of hoping we'd get an aged up Raz, have him as a full trained and functioning Psychonaut, but damn if he isn't looking fly here

I was skeptic when I saw the awkward render used for the initial kickstarter video but this new raz design is looking great! Loving the environment tests so far too. I am dare I say it... hyped.
