I love how the video opens up with the premise of like exploring the outdoors or camping or whatever but the first six minutes are literally gaming nostalgia
The one thing I always really enjoyed about the first Psychonauts, was that it is a game for everybody. Any type of gamer could pick it up and enjoy it. It was really refreshing to see the hodgepodge of gamers on the bus, and I am excited to see how their individual experiences in the woods will translate into Psychonauts 2. We're all rooting for you guys!

It was really cool to see how you all incorporated real world references into such a cartoony game. In most cases, realistic references are used in realistic settings, like GTAV, but not often in more animated art focused games like Psychonauts. I'm very impressed with what you all have so far, and I can't wait to play it when it's out! Keep up the good work!

What are these strange green things, each perched on a single brown leg?!! They're MASSIVE! The legs seem to be made of wood, but then who's the carpenter who made them? And the green things kind of seem like the little decorative sheets they put in hamburgers, but then where are the buns? That place is absolutely INSANE!
My first video game was Spyro 1 on the PS1. I was like 5 years old. Remember that one episode of Dev's Play where Ted Price talked about how the PS1 library was very adult-oriented, and many parents bought Spyro just so their kids would have something to play, so the game sold well over time? I was one of those kids whose parents bought Spyro for them that Ted Price described, apparently.

Although making a favourite game is harder than making an awesome game, it all just comes down to first impresions and nostalgia. I bet there's a lot of people whose favourite game is psychonauts, if not psychonauts 2's kickstarter wouldn't have.... Kickstarted.
Favourite game has to be Time Splitters 2. So many gamemodes and so much fun to play locally with friends. One of the most purely fun games of all time.
