The market has changed a lot recently. I usually would advise proz.com for finding work with agencies, but you'll need a good profile. I haven't tried any of the newer platforms like UpWork or Fiverr, but I get the impression rates are poor.
As of 15 sept 2023, doesn't work, I tried on different browsers, no blocking of ads, etc It says that it has connection issues, in your end is working? Or was abandoned?

Please refresh the page and, if the issues persists, please refer to this support page." I had done troubleshotting and have use chrome browser without extensions and microsoft edge. I know this is not your problem, but if you have any suggestions, that be great.

Have you considered developing your own translation tool?
There are numerous tools out there that do a good job, so no need for HemmingCAT just yet!
