I’m curious how to incorporate a 3 sts I-cord edging for a neckline, and knit the buttonband / holes seamlessly with the same 3 sts I-cord edge. Do you have a tutorial for this scenario, please ? For a cardigan
Thanks for reaching out. This video shows you how to add an icord edge to a finished project, but most of the time you would incorporate your icord edging while you are knitting. And although I have not specifically tried it, I would assume you could do that icord edge at the same time you are adding button holes a couple stitches in from your edge. There are several videos on TH-cam on how to knit an icord edge. Just search for icord edging knitting to find several. I hope that helps.
@@jacqknits thank you. I have been searching high and low, but yet to find a full tutorial, which is what I need. That is how I learn. I cannot read patterns ..I do not understand them .
