While not specific to the Monodominants, the inquisition does coordinate, across factions, unwilling as the lesser inquisitor may be, when your direct superior, an individual with more infinite power than your infinite power, tells you to behave and do something, you tend to at least pay lipservice Keep in mind there is a story of an inquisitor basically getting brain worm dementia and loosing his Inquisitorial Rosetta, that requires some vague cohesion and that is where inquisitorial conclaves n similar gatherings of multiple inquisitors, sometimes dozens, to coordinate on various issues, such as one of their own literally being clinically senile needing a forced retirement and a new indentity.😂

How do guys so destructive not get insta-assassinated by several factions at once? If not for the plot-shield, almost every other faction would have yearly competitions in hunting those dudes to extinction.
Because they are often right and supremely helpful in the endless warzone of 40K? This guys are near incorruptible and supremely effective in rooting out corruption. Even if they pull out a few flowers, they also find and rip out all the weeds and the endless weeds of 40K are far more of an issue than a couple lost flowers.
Even if the more radical inquisitiors disagree mightily with these guys on whether a Chaotic artifact or a Tau weapon are worth examining, those radicals can't easily move against these Inquisitor's Inquisitiors.

Because many, if not most, of those capable of doing so agree with them.
Because it is the 41st millennium. It is a universe where the gods are real and they hate us, where humanity has to endure and pay the price for the mistakes of others, where any weakness will be exploited by those who seek to enslave or destroy humanity. In such a universe, humanity first and humanity alone is not only an understandable position but arguably the most sensible position to have.
Can such Inquisitors go overboard or make mistakes? Yes, of course. Are they still necessary given all the Imperium of Man faces? Oh, absolutely if you have any interest in the survival of humanity. While books like to focus on Inquisitors being power-hungry idiots, because it seems like the authors love their dead horses, realistically the vast, vast majority of the time the Inquisition does their job right and properly, but that wouldn't be a story now would it?
So if the Monodominats have a heavy focus on persecuting other inquisitors is their a inquisitorial group that works to counter them resulting in two groups of inquisitors constantly trying to hinder the other?
While not specific to the Monodominants, the inquisition does coordinate, across factions, unwilling as the lesser inquisitor may be, when your direct superior, an individual with more infinite power than your infinite power, tells you to behave and do something, you tend to at least pay lipservice
Keep in mind there is a story of an inquisitor basically getting brain worm dementia and loosing his Inquisitorial Rosetta, that requires some vague cohesion and that is where inquisitorial conclaves n similar gatherings of multiple inquisitors, sometimes dozens, to coordinate on various issues, such as one of their own literally being clinically senile needing a forced retirement and a new indentity.😂

The first guy in powered armor shown looks like he is wearing almost chaos armor given a lot of the decorations aside from the purity seals.
