I love the guys on Mind Pump! The information from their show has completely changed my relationship to food and exercise. Sooooo happy to kiss the intense cardio workouts goodby. Thanks for this Dave 😘
This is great! Thanks for this. Two of my favourite people. Have learnt so much from Dave and also Sal through his book and MindPump Media. Strength training has truly made a positive difference for me.
I don't fast for 18 hours everyday, but I do for at least 4 or 5 days a week and it has absolutely changed my life, I'm not hungry until I'm hungry which is a really long time, LOVE LOVE LOVE Danger coffee with MCT oil, but how do you fit in more more food in 6 hours, I can eat very little in those six hours and be stuffed
What an amzing conversation. Thank you both for sharing your knowledge. Dave, how do you manage to eat the necessary amount of protein in two meals? I am also doing intermittent fasting, working out, and I want to gane muscle. 🙏
Sometimes I get really severe heartburn as I'm crawling into bed and I use to drink a little bit of whole milk to ease it, if I do this now I'll break my fast😢
I like to look at older healthy people. If you look at, the blue zones, they're 90% vegan and maybe 10% carnivore diet. Of course, no process foods. And they move all the time.
Good interview. I love Sals approach. Dave, you did a really good job of letting him talk.

Glad you enjoyed. He has so much knowledge to share. Who else should we have on the show?

Yeah, being healthy is an act of rebellion - a very fraught one, against an entropy-ridden universe, with minuscule amounts of hope.
Should not be true, but it is.
Why does Dave talk like that LOL
Weird interview. All the questions are like click bait headline one liners.
Ew don't eat pork y'all. Or shellfish
