Wash the area to apply Glutaryl and it'll absorb fine. You may or may not get a small glucose spike from it. This is a good product I've been trialing for 2-3 months now.

He lost 100 pounds, and he is 50, so personally I think he looks the right side of OK! Arguably vitamin/mineral deficiency can contribute to premature aging, but I know people in their 30s with grey hairs.
When you lose a lot of weight, you look good on the body but not so good on the face.
