This breakfast quesadilla is my favorite. One reason is because I love quesadillas and the second reason is because you mentioned the video for your homemade tortillas. My wife has been looking to make tortillas and I can’t wait for her to give yours a try.

No matter where we ARiAT we take our cast iron skillet, fried eggs have gotten better since watching your perfect egg in a cast iron skillet video. The butter for none stick and the water with lid make all the difference. My wife and I watch all your videos together, we’re not allowed to watch them without the other being present! I really enjoy watching cowboy Kent and Shannon, and make cooking fun, and watching the dogs, we're getting a new Labrador puppy to replace Emma she was are 14 1/2 year old black lab and that's what we're getting for a new puppy, a black lab. Update: I'm eating this right now. I never had much luck keeping omelettes together so I was skeptical. But when I flipped it over the egg and cheese had set up perfectly. I actually said, "wow, it worked!" The rest was just a matter of flipping until the outside was crispy. Even I could do that. Great recipe!
I've got a tip for you. When the omelette is ready to be flipped, just put a large plate over the skillet and flip them. You should end up with the half cooked omelette on the plate, cooked side up. Now just slide it on the skillet again. Just don't use too much oil and don't do it in slow motion, you don't want boiling oil on your skin.

Already did, plus the 3lb bags for backup. I put the Red River on dang near everything, and the Mesquite is quite good for some grilling.
I'm only able to get little at a time but I plan on trying everything. May have to splurge on the 3lb bags

I tried your waffle breakfast casserole and biscuits and gravy, and loved them both. but nothing gets a day started better then your coffee. made in my grandpa’s coffee pot that he had when he started drinking coffee. Gives me a reminder of him and what he taught me and I carry with me.

I enjoy the mountain man breakfast casserole. I have made it a couple times camping. I have to modify a bunch of your stuff for my daughters diet, she has Crohn’s, so that changes the dynamic of what we prepare, but your ideas gives me a jumping off point. My oldest boys girlfriend is a very picky eater, I made this actually for supper one night she was here, she really enjoyed it, next day her mother calls me for the recipe, I directed her to your you tube channel. Red eye gravy and ham steak video has got to be my favorite. My grandpaw used to make a mean redeye gravy and this just took me back to the 80's in Longview, TX. not to mention, Kent almost falling off the stool at the end is classic.

It is 1:27 am. I looked at the video, got up and made this Quesadilla. I made a one egg version. It was delicious! And I saved half for breakfast in the morning.

I use cast iron a little each week. But watching your shoe I use them almost every day. I even gave a 15” lodge skillet as a wedding gift . It may not seem like much but that’s what he wanted and you know I added some grilling gloves to go with it . Ty be safe and keep cooking. 🙏🇺🇸

Ooooowweeee how can I choose a favourite recipe! Good ol' Biscuits and gravy, Ham and Redeye gravy, Kent's reeeeal egg McMuffin and this is where I learnt to make the BEST EVER Cowboy Coffee !! And now you give us your version of Quesadilla... Soooo yummy. I like the presentation and that the egg won't fall out! This is so helpful because if a cowboy has slept a little long and needs a breakfast take-away ... Kent's Quesadilla will be what I pass him as he rides out of camp! 🏆💛💛

The only thing that can beat biscuits and gravy or breakfast burritos is a quesadilla. My son and I LOVE quesadillas for breakfast, lunch and supper! This is our new favorite. I was skeptical at first about the egg trick, but wowzers! We didn’t have any ham so I used some leftover taco meat and pinto beans. 😋 We Texans love Kent Rollins and Ariat! Have a Blessed day y’all.
