What did you do differently the month u got pregnant?
Increased fertility exercises & some changes like healthy eating & including supplements to my diet . These changes works for me I guess !
@@shwetaxyz970 can I ask what kind of supplements were you taking? And how many hours of exercise are you doing? I'm having shatavri, ashwagandha with 20-30 of Pranayam but no luck.
Hi Shweta, sorry to ping you back. Any suggestion on how you increased the exercises as well as supplements will greatly help.
@@khushbookaur I used to do normal yoga with some fertility boosting posture ( can be easily found on TH-cam ) & for supplements, I was on “one a day “ and “ nature made” these are not available in India but you can order them online from Amazon! Sorry I didn’t take any herbal or Ayurvedic medicine. So I have no idea about that . And cutting down refined sugars and refined flours will also help you . It basically improves overall health and improve egg quality. Good luck 👍🏻❤️
Conceived my son naturally at 36 and turned 37 before he was born. Had a mostly healthy pregnancy. I'm a firm believer that doing low carb and intermittent fasting helped in some capacity, whether that was losing weight, anti aging (by way of IF), normalizing my hormones with good, high quality fats or regulating my blood sugar.

37 years old as well. Have PCOS, over weight, husband had a fertility factor as well, over weight, etc. we’re talking to a specialist tomorrow, I would rather do it naturally. We had a miscarriage in July and we both fell apart. I’m at my wits end, with all this hopelessness.
Talked to them, they think our only chance is to try IUI, and if it doesn’t work go right into IVF. 😭

Hi Dr.Marc, I am from India and I am 32 years old. I had late marriage and it's been an year I got married. Considering my age we consulted a doctor for check ups,but there's no issues,but still am unable to get pregnant. As per doctor suggestion , went for IUI as well. My doctor told me that there is an wound at uterus and need cryotherapy. Please let me know if I can get pregnant naturally .

Hi Dr Marc.. Is it possible to do a video on Twisted ovaries? I've been to the Dr, and it seems to be that my left ovary is twisted .. Also both ovaries are dropping eggs to the bottom of the womb instead of coming down slowly.. Is that considered to be infertile.. I feel like I'm losing hope 😢

Why don't to mention the supplements and the things that you recommend her to do. I get that we all have different issues and we're not the same but we could always adjust it according to our needs.

Patty, no one said that my PPM program was not enough. For many it is perfect, for others, they need more support. Each case and need is different.

I do NOT appreciate the fact that this entire video was a sales pitch. It was insulting...and I was going to seek this doctor out, but give me SOMETHING to start...this was a woman's story with NO DETAILS and then a free plugs to reach out to him. That's just not cool.
After 35 I will literally be spared from the curse of childbirth. Why on earth would I want to get pregnant at such a blessed age? This is really disturbing. Jesus Christ will return and woe to them that are with child. These are really evil days and Jesus Christ will return for a holy church. If you want kids then be careful not to stop praying and fasting
