I conceived my second daughter at age of 40 and delivered at almost 41. I am a Health Coach myself. May be because of having a healthy lifestyle I could conceive naturally at 40 and have a healthy child. But best is to have a child by 30.

So true..specially your stress point..even when we were planning and things were not happening I took a lot of stress and the moment we decided that lets just not think about it the same month I conceived..so Everything is important but the most important factor is not taking too much stress and not to think about it...

Hi Mansi ma'am ,I have been trying to get pregnent since 21,all my reports all r normal hsg ,follicular everything ,even I have 1 baby she s 6.5 year old ,n it was a natural pregnency but now we r trying to since 2021 ,still nt conceived ,everytime I thought why I am nt getting conceived ,some drs said go for IVF go for iui but I dnt want as I have 1 child .ma'am pls suggest what to do ,stress rehta hai ma'am every month same result ,as age bhi increase ho re hai iam 34 but I dnt wana go for IVF n iui tell what to do .
