I tried this without a mixer and with the cup measurements and I also made them normal size. They turned out really good! They taste good with nutella.
I made this and it’s absolutely AMAZING 🤩. At first, when I was mixing the egg with the milk and flour, it wouldn’t mix properly. I had to stand there for 30 min to mix. But then I just gave up and fried them, which turned out REALLY good thank you ☺️

I agree they were very very very delicious, and the cinnamon with the sugar gives the special taste of churros which I love SO MUCH 💞 It was easy to make, I don't have a stand mixer but still I did it :) Also, when you fry it, I recommend to eat it right after the churros are fryed because I kept it to eat all at once with my family and they lost their crunch and became soft lol
Just made this the other day and omg it's delicious! It was my first time making churros with milk (because i often use a recipe using only water) and they taste amazing. Instead of chocolate though, i simply tossed it in some cinnamon sugar ('cause that's the only thing i had available). Me and my siblings can't stop grabbing one churro after the other, and it was gone in no time at all. Thanks for the recipe, Emma 💕.
