maybe Rabi Ribi. thit is a bullet hell quite funny but the 0 damage is quite difficult (mostly after the first final boss. but I think he could path throw it) and if the guy defeat the bosses without taking any damage. if there is a game he can't beat, no one will. (wich means the game won't be sold a lot)

Please play Wuppo. It's an amazing hidden gem detailing the cute adventure of a Wum; essentially a white puffball that can wear various sorts of things to use them. It's a metroidvania that I believe deserves more attention!

Loved this game! Once you get 13-15 hearts you can pretty much spam the bosses (with the exception of the very last one) while using an elixir, herb, and small water vial. I was never able to find the sixth magic vial to complete the pteradactyl challenge and that woodpecker challenge is just impossible, thankfully you really don't need these two challenges to beat the game.
Wow, I'm at a loss for words. Anybody can make a retro-styled game with the graphics, sound and stuff like that, but this game actually manages to really & truly capture the lighter-hearted, happy, daringly courageous, and above all FUN intangible spirit of the 2D sort-of RPG platformer game from the era it's homaging. From the character design to the tone to the ideas and feelings invoked, and -especially- the execution. That ending in particular could have very easily fit in an authentic NES game released in 1990 or so, as it's a dead-freaking ringer for so many good 8-bit endings I've seen. It didn't even come off as self-referencial or parody, like many other games of this sort often do, not that that's a bad thing. But this game truly went far above and beyond that call of duty (And renders *that* CoD nonexistant imo, screw CoD) by *absolutely nailing* the aforementioned tone and spirit of the style, era, genre, etc. For all those wishing to make a retro styled modern game (like myself), look here. And see what beauty the marriage of old graphics/ideologies and new technology can bring. Peace out
Have you heard of Road of the Dead 1 and 2? I've seen someone do a No-Death Run for Road of the Dead, but never no damage runs. Care to be the world's first? ^_^ It's a newgrounds flash game, not on steam so it's up to you if you want to do it. But you can expand your godliness even further. :D
Man, this game's artstyle is weird, not bad per say, but weird. Like, backgrounds are pretty detailed, main hero has ornaments on his clothing, then almost every other creature is just a smooth cartoonish blob, even bosses. Again, it isn't inheriently bad, but messes with my immersion nonetheless. Maybe I'm just trippin here tho

The real shit is how fast he manages to do these. He is really intuitive and quick at learning, with great reaction time.
I remember him saying that he will not do any of the mainline Touhou games since he can't beat them on Lunatic

Dont give up, took me 4 hours of trying but i could beat him at the end, after all the hard moments in this game you couldn't just stop here!

I managed to clear it. The ending of the hard mode was an illustration of Ageros brandishing his sword towards the viewer and saying "Fin".
I misread Tarascon as Triceracorn and now all I'm picturing is a triceratops with ears of corn instead of horns.
