Interesting as always. In the last “Fox Theatre” photo, I think the Laundrome sign is still there. Obscured by branches in today’s photo. Likely The Goof and that one are the only extant signs.

Really like that last pairing of Queen east, showing the Fox Theatre. Never lived in the area but have been going there for 35+/- years and probably seen close to a thousand movies in it. Toronto's oldest continually operated movie house, since 1914, originally the Regent. I like the odd movie.
As the city boundaries extend beyond downtown, any chance of some videos out in the far wilds of SC, NY and ETC?

The psychiatric hospital was actually in New Toronto not Mimico. Now Humber College South Campus.
