This is an awesome video for visiting Toronto! I’m going for my first time in 2024 and your channel has me feeling very confident on the things I’d like to see and do. Thank you!
Thank you for the great video! My husband and I just got back from Toronto yesterday. We were celebrating my birthday. I loved Toronto so much that we plan to visit again next year and stay longer. We covered alot of ground in our 5 days, but your video shows us so many more places to see. I'm definitely saving this for future reference. Thank you again for the great info!
Really great video which I enjoyed very much and, given that I have decided to get out of the house more, is also timely. I was amused that you and, so far, all who've commented below have missed that the photo of the Niagara Falls Boat Tour thingie shows Adam Sandler, David Spade, Rob Schneider and another gentlemen whose name escapes me as I can't make out who it is but it might be Kevin James. The photo appears at timestamp 27:10 and 27:20
8:09-Ontario Road Tripping there's _two_ Chinatowns in Toronto; the one shown in your video and the one east on Carlton Street (when going to it, starting at Carton & Broadview if going east on the streetcar.) Both are quite good and have a lot to offer a visitor.
Thank you for the video. We will be visiting Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec at the end of May 2024, and your video has confirmed that I've made the right choice. Greetings from Austria :)
Glad you liked the video! I'll be honest I haven't been in Toront in the evening since pandemic BUT here are my tried and true "old" recommendations. "The Reservoir Lounge" - really good jazz bar with food, pricy as you will be paying for performance but worth it, "C’est What?" - right across restaurant with music also very good but not nessesaraly jazz. The Sultan's Tent and Cafe Moroc - morocan food and belly dancers also very nice , The Old Spaghetti Factory - this is a Canadian chain with only one location in Toronto very pretty vintage decor and I think you get unlimited salad and bread with any entry (if they haven't changes that) good food and desert! All these locations are very close to each other in a very pretty area and as this is Toronto reservations are a must!
Hi. Thank you for this wonderful video. I will definitely follow your recommendations. We are planning to stay about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto since we can’t afford the hotel that is closer. Do you recommend to have a rental car? How many days should we plan our trip for Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal? There are 2 adults and 2 kids.
Hi thanks for feedback. Toronto parking is extremely expensive and overall hard to find so I don't advise that. You could rent a car I suppose and park it for a day in the city (about $15-25) and then walk. Hard to tell how long you need for each city. Depends on many things and how much you want to see. Toronto you need at least 2 days and more. Ottawa is small so 1 day. Montreal I don't know much about I'm thinking at least 2 days too

@@ontarioroadtripping Thank you so much. I am watching your other videos for more ideas.
@@ontarioroadtripping Hello. Which area is best to stay with easy public transportation to travel. I am looking to reserve a hotel.
As a life long ToronTonian ... yes you pronounce the second T. It's Toronto not Torono.
As an immigrant, say ToronTo and the next thing you will hear is "where are you from originally?" Bahahahah
Torontonian pronounce the T, and for Toronto, do NOT pronounce the T.
That’s Riverdale Park East
