Pretty amazing what this machine can do with a grapple. Perfect job for this size machine, light enough so the lawn did not sustain damage , small enough to get these tree spoils by the house. This is a great video for people in the market to see the capabilities of the BX. Well done!
Those vines are like the movie "Jumanji", when the aggressive vines come out of the woods and snatch-up the police cruiser and bend it in half ... "Fine! ... Take it!". haha ha You guys do some great work, the transformation of these properties is impressive!
Hi. Great job with the clean up. I'm on the fence between the BX23S with 3rd function installed or the L2501 with the 3rd function installed. Same payment per month, but I lose the backhoe on the L2501. They want 11K for the BH77 backhoe attachment! It's crazy! Anyway, I would be a new tractor owner. I'm good with 2 and 4 cycle repairs, mowers, etc. I consider myself pretty handy, but I've never owned a diesel. Which one should I get for residential use mostly. Is the BX23S holding up well? What sort of maintenance have you had to do to it and what issues have you had with it? I really appreciate your insight and advice. Thanks!
Thanks! I would be lost without a backhoe for sure, but it all depends on your use cases. Another thing to consider is tractor size and where you plan to fit it (i.e. gates, fence posts, etc). The BX23s has been more than capable for all the basic residential projects Ive used it on and sometimes the only machine I can bring to the project since I need something compact and low impact. As for matinenance, it has just been basic fluids, filters and grease aside from a few popped front tires over 700 hours Ive had it.
My BX is almost exclusively in 4WD and I have not had any issues. Shouldn't be an issue, but would be worth swapping to 2WD if you plan on doing a lot of driving or turning on pavement to reduce stuttering the drivetrain.
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC ya I will definitely keep it in 2wd. Went around the block to pick up a small pallet didn't realize I had it in 4WD. All seems fine! Hopefully stays that way. Thank you
For this job, since it was a friend, I just charged for roughly half day machine time, which was $500. In general, I charge just above what rentals cost in my area + operator cost and any other disposal/material fees. I charge low at the moment since I do this on the side.

I agree, thanks!

@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC Awesome! Sounds like a great little tractor and I think I'm sold on it. Thanks for the quick reply. Have a blessed day!
Track loader is the answer, but you already knew that.
Very soon :) ...
Have you ever drove your BX on bare pavement in 4WD? I just did and hope I didn't screw anything up

Nice job. Curious ball park of what you charged for this job?
