Great video; I have TOS and symptoms of a disrupted radial nerve such as shoulder, tricep, forearm issues & things like radial tunnel syndrome, all that come from lifting weights. Hopefully these give some actual relief (in theory they should)
Thanks for this video - I just gave it a try. So, I actually trapped my left radial nerve 6 years ago during a wrestling class. I lost a significant amount of function and strength - along with that, a lot of muscle. Since then, I have recovered a lot through physio, massage, and strength training. However, my left side is still lagging in terms of power and strength. I have tried everything, yet my left pec, tricep, and shoulder are still maybe 5 or so reps weaker than my right. If you have any suggestions that could possibly help, that would be greatly appreciated.
You’re welcome! First, make sure you assess before and after to see if this is the right drill for you. Not all nerves like to be tensioned depending on the person and their history. One idea to consider would be trying the different drivers. That can make all the difference. Last, slacking the nerve could be useful too. Simply do the exact opposite movements and create a sequence just like I did with this nerve glide. By shortening the nerve and treating it like an isometric muscle contraction you can “slack” the nerve. Slacking can also be really powerful. Hope that helps.
@KRUSEELITE I had an MRI and they wanted to put me under the knife originally. Then when they did another MRI, they couldn't believe the change. Thank you - I will give this a try. Have the best day!
Just tried these, in the first exercise on the right side, I felt an uncomfortable strain under my left clavicle. On the last exercise I felt an uncomfortable cramp-like feeling in my left jaw…I had radial tunnel surgery on my right arm in 2021…just wandering if there is a reason for that uncomfortableness on the opposite side and if you have some suggestions? I’ve had 2 fai hip scopes on the right side, 1st in 2011 and 2nd in 2016, do you think there is an issue with all of these right sided injuries?
@@ginanini9745 one sided pain/injury history definitely suggests some things. In this case, it might be a brainstem issue/pattern. We have very specific ways to train that!
What a great video 😮
Glad you enjoyed it!

Hopefully! Assess before and after to find out. Cheers.
