This has to be one of the most underrated rock songs. It has such an aggressive yet clean sounding instrumental to it. I have a pretty serious sound system set up in my car. And when an acoustic guitar can make the speakers work hard like this song does, you know it’s something good! When the switch up comes in this song is incredibly balanced on all levels of bass, vocals, mids, and highs. It’s truly something amazing to listen to on a good system. And the way johnny sings the lyrics just makes it a perfect combo of instruments and vocals.
Johnny Cash is one of my favorite singers. I've been learning english with his sounds, and I can say I really love his lyrics, his style... He's a great artist, and one day I wish understand all his lyrics without using translations or subtitle in english.
