Regarding your winpercentage in casual. EDHREcast did release some data of their casual games (around 140 games) and there where no noticable differences by the seatorder (23,4% - 27% - 26,2% - 24,6%). Not sure how significant the samplesize is but I would argue that it doesn't really matter there. If you have differences in powerlevels in the pot it almost doesnt matter if the player with the better deck is in seat 4.
