I have the Peavey 30 Watt 1x15 amp I love it. EL84 power tubes x 4 I play my Fender Bass Vi through it with no problems.

That Peavey is definitely a sleeper amp. To me, that amp sounded the best.

This is a great series Dave, really helpful brother. Esp things like stock speaker sound and inherit prob areas that may exist with certain amps. Too many amps out there not getting love cause their owners don't know how to tap into what the designer/builder may have skimped on or just failed to do right when making it. Your experience is priceless so thanks again for doing these. Peace!

I have a peavey classic 50 2x12, I've had for about 20 years still my go to amp. Built like a tank, dependable but heavy AF.

i love everything about the classic 30. my favorite amp. got awesome clean and awesome reverb. can do heavy stuff as well, not super heavy modern metal though of course. very appropriate to play Link Wray on it :) he's the man, btw

You bet but with an extension cab, sounds are not so good with the supplied speaker.
