Got a $1200 ecu tune on my ‘15 Macan S and ohhh boy!!! Night and day difference! 25% hp increase and 35% torque increase. Feels like a 80+ horsepower increase. I also have sport+ and chrono. Stock 0-60 was 5.0. After the tune I clocked 4.4 to 60!! But the feel says more than the numbers. So with just a $1200 tune my ‘15 S is as quick as a ‘15 Macan turbo. And I have no desire for more power.
@Adil I traded my ‘15 and now have an ‘18 Macan. Also tuned but with the pedal commander. And let me tell you. Fun! Instant boost. And yes the original tune did hold up.
@Adil 82,443 when traded. Dealer gave me $25,000 for it.

Actually yes there's a pretty big update but I think I should stay quiet on this for a little while until the fallout is done. I'll be sure to let everyone know what happened afterwards though.

On COBB website they claim that after install, all modes produce same power, so changing between sport and sport+ do not affect performance. Is this correct or did you find that the different modes produced different results? Or did you find a way to have COBB mapping only affect Sport/Sport+ modes and leave normal mode at stock settings. Thank you for input.

The stock Macan Turbo with sport chrono will do 0-60 in around 4.5 seconds. Maybe 4.3. Not 3.8 or 3.7 LOL But a nice video. I have a 2015 Macan Turbo. Keep up the good work.

What are the new specs now with the ECU tune? Also, when you did this, was there any kind of warranty? I am worried about ECU tuning the car and the car basically blowing up due to the new tune and the engine not being able to handle it. Wanted to tune my GTS.

buy the Turbo. 2nd hand [here in the UK] GTS & Turbo are the same price!! So you benefit from someone else paying the Premium on the Turbo. Love the black lettering on the GTS as std though!

So far it's an absolutely phenomenal car. A real joy to drive everyday and with the new tune it's CRAZY QUICK.

I have a 2016 Macan S , can it be tuned from 340hp to 360hp like the Macan GTS with 360hp?

Get a GIAC tune. Takes the macan s to 400hp and 480tq I believe
You should be able to get to 430hp without any crazy things, just a tune, air intake and supposedly to 500 with a stage 3 cooling system

Other automotive TH-camrs add more camera angles and shots to enhance the story in the video. With the single view camera (of you driving) all we gave to gauge the power is your reaction to it. Use more camera angles to tell a more in-depth story. Would like to see a speedometer and tach shot and some shots from outside the vehicle. Just some friendly observations from a subscriber.

Surprising that Cobb isn’t doing well for your car. I’ve been thrilled if the results for mine
Its just that open source tuning is better for Evos. Cobb is not aggressive but definetely better than stock
If I want to get my turbo tuned with a COBB access port do i have to have a shop do it?
Julian Almond no you can do it yourself but if you lose power at all during the process at all you can Brick your ECU. I took it to this place because they had an alternative power setup so that didn’t happen.

Yes of course you should drag race your cars. About the 0-60 you stated...that's at sea level. You're going to be .5 - 1 second slower than that at altitude.
