There are many brands that are available. Suggest you source from your local boba suppliers. Not sure where you are located.

Powder lasts longer but they also taste more synthetic. I prefer syrups.
I like both but prefer the natural matcha and I like them better warm, was told matcha is better for you warm

If hey are regular flavoured powders, they can be stored in room temperature. Pure matcha that are ground leaves are best refrigerated. Hope this helps.
