That tip about stirring the matcha powder into the sugar to make it smooth is GOLD! I can now make the SMOOTHEST matcha lattes I've ever had. I just had to come back to t his video and thank you. I make these at home now and no longer go to the coffee shop to buy them.

Most days I substitute regular milk with oat milk and that’s usually enough for me to make it sweet without adding more sugar. I found this ^ matcha latte recipe just right!
If you find mixing matcha powder with sugar too sweet, you can skip the sugar using a hand-held battery operated frother to mix the matcha powder with hot water. And voila - a smooth matcha mixture without sugar.
