When you say you are concerned about the heat. Do you mean heat from the Summer or keeping heat in the winter?? I think you mean summer. The foil on www.BlueTexInsulation.com does all the work at reflecting radiant heat. Both products are the same. The main benefit of the Supreme 6mm product is keeping more heat in the winter.

Has anyone tried using the "stick strip" to just keep gluing the sections together, vertically (probably using a couple screws to hold the top in place and help line things up)? It seems that would even make a better vapor barrier. The final step would be coming back and putting screws in the vertical tubing... Your thoughts?

I think you are referring to a method if you don't have 60" framing? Yes, using the top wood strip and hanging down would work perfect. Just overlap a few inches. I'd use the tape from www.BlueTexInsulation.com and not "glue" you mentioned.

Assuming you have at least one overhead door 10x12 you would need ABOUT 2400 sq. ft of material. Using the PRO 2M product, you are looking at about $1,100 for the BlueTex and about $100 for tape, screws and washers. FREE Shipping and no sales tax. It's best to call us at www.BlueTexInsulation.com to double check all the math. Here is the product link: bluetexinsulation.com/collections/frontpage/products/bluetex-pro-2mm-super-wide-62-inch
