Studio 3 have less bass and better noise cancellation. Studio 2 have decent noise cancellation but are better overall w better bass. Will return my Studio 3’s to the store.
@@METRIKVX i don't think so man i have studio 2 grey studio 2 black studio 3 gold/grey ,pro and detox The studio 2 is WAY louder and has way more bass than any other beats BUT you are right on the noise cancelling the studio 3 kills it really good active ANC and the studio 3 has WAY more battery life. that's all good but I REALLY NEED BASS so my preference goes for the studio 2 it would be perfect if they made the studio 3 as loud as the studio 2 with all the other benefits. Still love all my Beats
Look, do not get the studio 3s! Stay with Studio 2s. The studio 3s have a watered down sound and force the mids too much. There isn’t as much sound clarity as the 2s.

The mids and the highs are dull and the base is underwhelming. Beats are made for hip hop and rock music how is this a good thing to lower the base. Big no no.
I remember when I first tried on the Studio 3s I felt it had absolutely no bass and sounded worse than the Studio 2s. Over time I gradually got used to the more balanced sound signature and I actually prefer it. Currently the only earphones/headphones I have are the Fiio FA7. I ended up selling all my beats headphones 😄

Nah man. Studio 2 is so much louder, so much more bass. The crushers bass is more vibration than actual bass note, and they aren't that loud honestly. Studio 2 is my favorite headphone of all time

I don't have them anymore so I don't remember which one is louder tho they both get plenty loud for me. They are EQ differently so if you want a lot more bass then go with the studio 2. Studio 3 is more balanced. If u can pay a little more the wh1000xm4 are better than both tho

I currently don't own any beats, only a pair of Fiio FA7s. From my experience with the Studio 3s they were decent sounding and they are the most visually appealing headphones on the market, nothing wrong with that. Their build quality and sound isn't on par with their retail prices, that's all.

Totally agree Studio 3 doesn't rumble like my Studio 2. 50mm drivers in Studio 3 is weak and not worth the $350 price tag.

They look the same, I'm not sure if the material is different. The Studio 3 headband is slightly softer feeling and more flexible.
Even tho it is fragile but breaking it only means you don't give a crap about it. These are 320 dollars!
They don't feel cheap but they aren't woth $350, $75 the most for me.
