Why is Australian opal rough sold wet when Ethiopian opal rough is sold dry?

There are many exceptions to these statements, such as when buying single pieces of Australian rough, especially with many clean surfaces showing good color.
This video was put together without much effort and time due to a long term very tight schedule. I wanted to give the community a little bit of content, rather than nothing at all. I apologize for not being able to take more time to get a deeper in depth video at the moment.
