No problem. Try to answer your questions based on my experience. No more than 24 hours to run. Can't be like replit to activate it using web access. docker can be used in a local dockerfile or docker image as shown in this doc: deepnote.com/docs/custom-environments#local-dockerfile

You will be banned if you follow this tutorial.
There are certain software package not allowed to run such as xrdp, but usually a small tunnel program wont cause your account got banned.

probably not best option to run Nextcloud here. Try to use some other VPS such as Oracle Free ARM VPS to run.

It will be in idle mode after 24 hours. You can run it again but the program you installed before will not survive.
