Hello in the 1st VPS, everything's fine but I want to transfer a file from the remote pc to my real pc so what can I do, in RDP we could easily do it and most of the cloud storage websites are blocked. So please recommend a way.

You should be able to use OneDrive or Google Drive to transfer your download files. Or you can use your own person cloud drive created by yourself, such as NextCloud. I do have some videos in my channel to show you how to deploy your own cloud drives.
