I have dry and sensitive skin, especially in the winter. I’ve been using Cerave moisturizers regularly now and it leaves me skin feeling baby soft. It’s so lightweight and gentle. I used to think “skin care routines” were overhyped but now it’s one of my favorites parts of ny day.

Has it overall improved the look of your skin texture? I have the same skin type & just added it to my AM routine to help prevent wrinkles / hydrate skin overall- 😂😭

I love this brand. I’ve used so many different products to try to get rid of my cystic acne. I’m 31 year old female with dry skin. I break out mostly right before my cycle. I use a CeraVe cleanser then I use a toner. After that it’s the cerave retinol then either AM and PM moisturizers. I use a spot treatment with very low amount of benzoyl peroxide. My skin looks so much better. Finally! Definitely not for everyone and glad I went for this brand. I’ve never had any pilling but I try to use a very light amount. Also the cleanser I use is the foaming one (sensitive skin) 😊

Hi! I am also in my 30s having adult acne, I’m currently using Kiehl’s products from wash to SPF but it isn’t helping that much. I still have 2 or more acne coming out every single day then at exactly one month there were tiny bumps on my jaw line and my face is itchy, idk why I haven’t change any my Kiehl’s routine.
Are you using the cerave facial foaming cleanser or the acne foaming cream cleanser? Thank you.

I started using this product after using La Roche-Posey Baum because I had e very dry white flaky spots on my face. The Baum cleared them up. I than started using this and now my skin is dried and flaky. I didn’t think my face would be so dry year round. I live in Eastern Washington. Our winters are very cold and dry.

@ShawtyShmackin I get told I look young for my age and my skin looks like. It seems firmer and smoother but I will never be truly happy until my couple Sun spots are gone but treating those is expensive. The CeraVe has also helped control the little adult acne that would pop up during hormonal time of month. I hope this helps a little. Overall I feel it is a nice product that isn't expensive. It helps for hydration. Texture improved a little but I have a few enlarged pores from past acne and can't seem to find a product to make that go away. I believe only expensive processes like chemical peels and laser resurfacing would change that. I may be wrong though

I have the AM lotion, but I'm not a big fan of it because it pills a bit, so I use it when I'm staying home. Otherwise, I use the PM one then cover with SPF before heading out.

Right on time as I was currently watching a couple of your videos on Cerave. I just started a week ago using the cleanser & vitamin c serum. I also purchased this am moisturizer. But I need something else that will help with my dark spots. So I am stuck on which moisturizer would be best to use. I've noticed a big difference using the vitamin c so I am scared to start a retinol just yet. Not sure if I should try a night cream. Thanks for sharing helpful information. I am off to a good start😊

Try the Olay retinol moisturizer it’s not too rough on the skin especially if you’re sensitive. I’ve been using it for a month now and my skin is very very sensitive I still feel that tightness and drying effect but it’s very manageable and not overly drying to the point where my skin peels.

Thank you for posting this. I bought this last weekend and haven't been crazy about it. I contemplated returning it, as it feels heavy on my skin, more-so than the moisturizer I was using previously, which was also made by Cerave (aka my go-to skincare brand). It took me a while to come up with a reason for why this could be. The original one I was using didn't have the SPF in it and was just the basic Daily Moisturizing Lotion. Could the fact that the new one has the SPF be what makes it feel heavier?
