I've been using the riceberry face moisturizer + sunscreen by litttllextra for around three months now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. It’s perfect for all skin types, including my sensitive skin. The hyaluronic acid and black rice water keeps my skin well-hydrated without causing shine or dehydrated. I’ve had zero issues at all, it’s been consistently effective and gentle. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of trustworthy hydration and SPF that also protects their skin.
Lately I’ve really been loving Nivea Sun SPF 50. It’s water resistant and I’ve been using it on my face and it works well under makeup. I have fair sensitive skin and mild rosacea, and it hasn’t irritated my skin like a lot of other sunscreens have.
Congrats on the speaking job 👍🏻 I have been loving Bliss Block Star invisible 30 SPF 💯 mineral broad spectrum. 4.1% titanium dioxide and 11.5% zinc oxide
Hi Dr. I love love your videos but I was wondering if you could make a video with SPF for eyes because I use a physical one but burn my eyes thank you for all your information
Colorscience and DRMTLGY have dedicated eye sunscreens (I think Supergoop has one as well). I've seen derms recommend mineral sunscreens. Sunscreen sticks have been suggested as well as lip SPFs and even kids sunscreens that supposedly have fewer ingredients. Dr. Jenny Liu and Dr Dray have videos on sunscreens/addressing stinging around the eyes.
In EU formulations, lots of sunscreens work both as sunblock and moisturizer. So you can use one single product to protect yourself from the sun and at the same time to hydrate your skin. I have no clues about the US formulations though...
Hi dr Daniel ❤absolutely loves watching your videos . Your tremendous insight and knowledge is inspiring, and you are so talented and we Thankyou for taking the time to share this experience with us all . Xx
Hi dr nice video thank you so much for your lovely information can u suggest a Good moisturizer as i leave in South India I have dry skin for the whole year any one suggestion
My skin is so oily in the summer so I hate how sunscreens with a moisturizer ends enough grease on my face to fry chicken and becomes ashy looking on my mocha colored skin. I 61 and try to apply SPF all over my body to minimize being several shades of brown and the possibility of skin cancer or burning. Yes, folks POC do burn. I use many of you4 recommendations on my bi racial and Caucasian Grandies. Thank you for including such great options. If you have recommendations for tinted SPF for POC. Enjoy your trip. I li Ed in Hawaii for 10yrs.and miss it very much
Thanks for the recommendations Dr. Sugai. I’ll be sure to order some before my summer travels. Sorry I missed your talk at JABSOM, but I hope you and your family had a relaxing visit back to Hawai’i 🌺
For people reading this review, it's okay, it's normal to feel lonely sometimes, if you're going through tough times, keep trying, but never give up, I wish you great success in your health, love, and happiness!
I just recently purchased the Vanicream moisturizer w/SPF & I don't care for it. My skin felt dry & tight. After awhile, I had to put a different moisturizer on my face. I won't use it again. I'm glad I only paid 1/2 price for it. I was using Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture w/Sunscreen & I liked that one a lot but apparently it was discontinued.
I love the DRMTLGY Universal Tinted Moisturizer but I’ve never heard it called a dupe for Elta UV Clear. Daydream SPF 40 mineral sunscreen from.DRMTLGY is good as well specially for sensitive skin.
Chatting with my sister a couple weeks ago and she said she was following "some derm" on TH-cam. I said, "My derm has a TH-cam channel too." Turns out we were both talking about you. She was impressed that I have a celebrity doctor. :)
Can you do reps for military men? Son struggles with acne on face and back. They don’t get to shower until 5 pm and in AM. They are outside all day and jumping from planes as well.
Art of Skincare channel covers acne and products/routines. Face Reality is a brand. It seems like on-the-go toner pads would be good for a military man.
The Neutrogena Hydroboost in the jar comes in a City Shield version that is SPF 25 that I use if I am going to use one of their tinted moisturizers to get a little coverage as well as more SPF.
He reviewed the TJ's about a year ago. A few derms who've reviewed some Glow Recipe include Dr. Jenny Liu, Dr. Shereene Idriss, The Budget Dermatologist, Dr Dray.

Hi Dr I love your videos they are very interesting and educating but I would love if you would give some information of psoriasis and wich products to use if some one has this condition ❤❤
He doesn't earn commission by recommending products. He earns commission if an item is purchased through a link in his description, which is common practice for TH-cam. Viewers want quick links to click on instead of doing an internet search themselves. In my opinion if he's going through the work of providing links for us then what does it hurt if he earns a couples bucks? I don't think TH-camrs are getting rich over here providing links for skincare 😂
Is it ok to use Neutrogena hydro boost body lotion on my face at night It a lot cheaper than the product in the jar. Thank you for your time and help 🙏
Hello! thanks for all of your informative tips! Would you consider sharing any info you have on beauty "secrets" derived from Asian (I use this term broadly) wisdom ie) ginseng, rice etc. Perhaps this could be a way to showcase some ingredients that generationally have been used by Asian communities that also have scientifically proven result? Thanks for considering
Would you do a video about light therapy on skin? I have a device that I can choose red, yellow and of pink light treatments. Are they really effective, and how do you know which color of light to use?
I have a couple questions. On the European Chemical Agency website it states that Ecamsule SX(Terephthalylidene Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid) can cause serious eye damage. Do you think that’s something to worry about and not apply a sunscreen around the eye with that ingredient?
In the meantime, there are several derms who have videos for that (Dr. Sam Ellis, Dr. Jenny Liu, Dr. Shereene Idriss, Dr Dray, Dr Alexis Stephens and even Lab Muffin).
I would love to be able to use a combo product, but most of them smell like sunscreen and it makes me gag. I need sunscreen that doesn't smell like sunscreen.
The comment most derms make concerning this is that most people do not put on enough sunscreen to meet the SPF on the package and a lot of times they aren't reapplying. For the face initially, you're supposed to apply 1/4 tsp and for the body, a shot glass worth.
Dr. but how do wear sun screen when you have makeup on your face? I usually wear it under my makeup but I don't re-apply because I didn't know you have to re-apply it but now I'm wondering how women reapply over foundation? HELP! lol
Hi can you please help me out 🙏🏻 ...I've been using vitamin c , retinol serums for the past 2 years and it affected me with mind-blowing results . But idk how but out of nowhere I suddenly got lip eczema or dermatitis around my lip area and one of the eye lids. And now everytime I use it I only get redness , dryness, burning sensation. And when I stopped using them my skin went back to normal . But now it's back to dull skin . Can you please tell me what to use instead of these products for the same effects? Aloe and glycerine were the only ones who made my skin better . Im really pissed off due to this . Please help me out .😭🙏🏻

You DO NOT have to reapply sunscreen every two hours. I’m not sure WHERE these people are getting this information from. You ONLY reapply IF you are going to be in the sun for more than 2 plus hours, being active outdoors, and at the beach. These advice are SO over the top and lacking common sense.

The EU standards on products is not the same as USA. I believe the USA allows more processed chemicals in their products 🙄
If you’re into kbeauty, jumiso awe-sun airy fit daily moisturizer with spf 50 is a good option too.
Honestly I have yet to find anything better than oil of Olay complete with sf!! It’s beautiful and feels super light!
I agree, I love that moisturizer. Wish it had higher SPF than 15 but my skin loves it so I use it a lot under sunscreen and makeup.
@@kathynobles4621 I know-I’m suprised it’s only 15. I think the Olay 7 signs of aging one has 30. I use that one too!

Not tinted but you should try Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen. It’s literally completely clear (comes out clear) and is great for summertime / oily skin!

I bought my lazy bf sunscreen. He found the LP Toleriane and especially Cetaphil too thick and greasy. He liked CeraVe ultralight the best.
The La Roche Posay is so heavy for my oily combo skin and it stings my eyes. Probably best for dry skin types. The Cerave lotion wasn’t too bad though
LOVE the hydroboost spf. My skin is combo oily

Mine is tinted (Avéne) but still leaves a white cast. I switch between that and CeraVe when I know I need to go to a public place.

LaRouche is b6 far the best moisturizer
What about vitamin d3 in lotions? Is there a benefit? What about Eucerin brand??
But aren’t moisturizer with SPF generally considered bad and much lower SPF than the number written on the packaging do to the natur of a moisturizer.
