When someone submits a web form a contact is created with their name and we have to copy and paste the email and phone number. Is there a way to auto-populate the email and phone number into the contact so that whenever someone submits a form all the info is copied over to the contact?

hey Paul one issue we've encountered is that the web forms are not well integrated with automation. For example download via specific webform triggers specific email sequence (ex. download report > create lead >> follow-up email 1, 2, 3). Not sure if there is a workaround here?
Yes. What I'd do is use the prefix settings to customise the title of the deal/lead that gets created (e.g. it would add [Download Report] to the title. You can then create an automation to trigger when a deal is created and have a condition to check that the title contains this text.
Hi Paul, how can I connect different autimations to multiple webforms? I can only choose 'webform' as a condition, but can not choose a specific webform. So every webform that I make gets the same automation emails. Is there a way to do this?
In your webform settings, you can configure the form to create a lead/deal with a specific prefix in the name. In your automation, you can use this prefix to filter which forms the automation runs on.

You can customise it a bit e.g. button colours, font, logo etc.
