    thank you for explaining the difference.
    sometimes our "deal in" stage is full with leads and this inbox lead might resolve the problem.
    thank you again for valuable content.

    Wow... clear, concise and to the point. My take away since I'm nurturing couple hundred specific B2B leads with a 18-24 month sales pipeline then the Deal Pipeline is more appropriate for my business. However, I think it is potential good to help manage participants at a employer with over 100 employees.

    Hey Paul, what is the difference between contacts and Leads?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A contact is a person that exists in the system. You then create a lead and link it to a contact or organisation when you're ready to reach out to that person or company.

    Paul, awesome video as wlays mate. 2 questions: 1) can I set up reason for archiving a lead? For example junk, small clients, etc
    2) is there a kanban view for lead inbox?
    Thanx a lot and always a pleasure to learn from you. Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷

    • @minor-co

      Thanks!
      1) No, there are no "archive reasons" like "lost reasons" on a deal but I see why this would be useful.
      2) No, it's limited to the list view. You could convert it to a deal and manage leads in a separate pipeline if you like the kanban view.

    Hey Paul. How do you define the use cases for “call” vs “meeting” vs “calendar event”?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well I like to differentiate different types of activity for reporting purposes. i.e. so at the end of the month I can see how many calls I did vs. meetings etc.

    How do you get the people straight into your pipeline?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  ปีที่แล้ว

      One way (there are many) is you can use the LeadBooster addon to add contacts forms, chat bots and live chat to your site to easily get web inquiries into your leads inbox.

    Hi Paul.
    Thanks for your amazing videos! :)
    Is it possible to have orders sent straight from a website to the pipedrive pipeline (a little like leads can be send directly to the leads inbox with the "web form" feature in LeadBooster add on, with the use of Zapier)? I have a few products with pre-fixed specification options, that I would like to have automatically added to the pipeline to save more time! :D

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it depends on what form you're using to collect the leads. For example, if you use Jotform, you could use Zapier to add the lead as a deal on your pipeline.

    Paul,
    Currently using Zapier to send webforms directly to deal pipeline. Can we send instead to leads inbox? If so, what's that process?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I believe it's possible but you would need to use a Code step in Zapier and integrate with the Pipedrive API. If you can contact me here, I can quote for having my automation expert set this up for you: paulminors.com/contact/

    I can't seem to import spreadsheet leads directly into my leads page. They always go into the contacts section. What am I doing wrong?

    • @minor-co
      @minor-co  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah, it sounds like you're only providing name/email/phone (i.e. basic contact data). Make sure you add a column for 'Lead Title' as well and map this to the Lead Title field in Pipedrive.

      @@minor-co hey that's sounds good. I'll try your suggestion. Thanks a ton.
