Even the coffee machines are beautiful in Italy!
Some are very complex, for me though.
Like so many things in life, simple is best.
La Marzocco is what they use at my Columbian chums roastery today. They are very proud of it!

Hehe yeah just like with motorcycles, espresso machines are becoming too technological.
La marzocco is kind of like a Yamaha. Well built machines without too much technology that just lasts, and that you can fix without too much fuss 😂

Personally I just love the La Marzocco machines. My favorite one group is the GS3 that wasn’t in the video, but if I had unlimited budget I’d go for that. The linea mini is also amazing.
But I do find the profiling pretty interesting on the Sanremo You.
On a lower budget I’d go for the linea micra and on an even lower budget the rancilio Silvia
Damn, the technology is getting ridiculous. It's truly remarkable how many espresso companies are based in Italy.
Hehe yeah there are a few 😅 it makes sense though since they invented the espresso 😛
I think there is too much technology now. That’s why my favorite is la marzocco. Just good old fashion handcrafted machines.
@@Ridethecoffeebean I finally bought a used Isomac Millenium. Always wanted an E61 machine that is easy to repair and built like a tank.

I didn’t not understand a word what the first guy was saying…you may have a great product but if you can’t speak properly you’ll lose a lot of sales
The poor sound quality we had at the time didn’t help unfortunately 😅
