I thought this was by far the best coffee episode you have ever produced! Very interesting! I hope it gets the traction it deserves! Stay warm and safe 🎉
hehe thank you 😛 Glad you enjoyed it! I had so much fun there 😀
Thanks for the video. was very interesting
Most excellent.
Never been to a ' coffee event', before.
I wish we had been in Athens at the same time!
Good watch.
Ride safe, happy travels 👍
Next year it is in Copenhagen! You should come by 😛 I am going there for sure!
@@Ridethecoffeebean there's a thought....
Thrilled to learn about the Comandante! Before I buy one . . . how do you measure the beans? I use three tablespoons of ground coffee for my breakfast.
You can’t go wrong with a commandants 😛
I use a scale. That is the only way to be consistent.
Spoons are not very accurate because different coffees have different densities. A high grown and dense Kenya will weigh more than a low grown less dense Brazil with the same volume for example. So using a scale is the only way to get consistency. I usually follow the standard of 6 grams of coffee per 100 grams of water with most brewing methods. Some times you can overdose to get a bit more body for example. With cowboy coffee I tend to use maybe 7g per 100g.
@@Ridethecoffeebean Appreciate your professional advice! Now I just have to convince my wife to give me a little more counter space.
I’m not a coffee drinker but this would be something I would like. To try different kinds of coffee. Very interesting.
Why do you not drink coffee? Is it the caffeine or the taste?
If it is the bitter taste you don’t like then you should try specialty coffee 😛 so many amazing flavors 😁
I would like to try coffee but I have no idea what to try. I see Folgers and Maxwell but never tried it. What specialty coffee would you recommend.
