With how good the video was I really expected to see an account with at the very least tens of thousands of suscribers but seeing how good you are I'm sure you'll get there at some point. Great video and really interesting subject.
@@theCranesUS That's frickin awesome!! Fair warning, the process can be frustrating, but I think it's well worth it for the experience and the final product! Have fun and let me know how it goes!!
Its actually crazy that you were able to put the second hand on without using a magnification lense ! Further Tipp... you can but that rubicon thingy directly on the little sticks to set the hands. It made my job on building my mod much much easier. Great mod and vid.
quick question, so ive build my watch aswell and for the stem, do you have to always unscrew it to pull it out and change the time or is there anyway i can always have it screwed in then just pull to change time(like normal watches???????), i keep thinking i made a mistake on that part someone please let me knoww.
never knew tht dial was a rolex one ;) i build 8-10 watches, and 5 of them with that Naiton type case, they are the best sturdy quality for the price..
@@20cent Damn you got me! I copied the title. Take me and the HUNDREDS of other youtubers who used a similar title right to jail lol. My reaction was genuine excitement for having made something I think is cool. Mood & Settings...? tf does that even mean?? If you don't like my videos click off and make your own.
Different bracelet, different hands…I referenced a bunch of people’s builds and build guides to figure out the best practices. All respect to him but nothing I did was intentionally copied and if you can’t see that, that’s not my fault. ✌️
Was randomly recommended this video and I thought it was great. Don’t know how you haven’t blown up yet bro. Your cinematic 4k vlogs are awesome!

I’m so happy to see a young Man so passionate. It’s not a common trade these days.
I appreciate that!
You made the process seem so simple with no special tools. I’ve been hesitant to build but now I’ll go buy my cart on aliexpress
It’s so much fun!
The videos I expect the least end up being the ones I like the most jaja. Good stuff Kyle!
HAHA Thank you!!!

Could you list the tools you purchased? Or tools needed?
Yes! I'll add them to the video description today
@ thank you. My young son wanted to do this as a project after your video so here we go.

Great video, is the process for quartz movement the same.
As long as you find a case and face that matches the size of the quartz movement you choose, it should be exactly the same.
Really nice build! Still wear it?
Thanks!! Hell yes I wear it as often as I can I love this thing
Where can i find the datejust black dail
If you search that exact thing on aliexpress I’m sure you’ll find it no problem

I always have to unscrew mine. That may be necessary to keep the case waterproof.
Thats what i though aswell, so i did not make a mistake on that part.. thank you!
you're good!
Really interesting video even if I’m not that super into watches! Great filmmaking 👍
I appreciate it!
Hey I just want to say I really enjoyed the video, keep it up and I am sure you will make it 🙏
🙏 I really appreciate that
What size is that case?
36mm
i want the one with the logo it just completes the dial
understandable! It’s definitely a good look!
hey there! could you explain how to adjust that bracelet you used?
there should be screw heads on the side of each link that you can unscrew and take the pin out
@@kyle_munoz oh thanks!
🤙
I hope you put blue locktite on the crown and crown stem 🙏🏽
I didn’t in the video but i have since done so LOL thank you!

LOL rolex who?? I love the case so much. I can’t compare to others but from what i can tell it’s a fantastic quality case that will last forever
@@kyle_munoz yeah, i upgraded the bracelet lock with a multiadjustable one(sliding), and not with pins moving.. good 4 pound spend ;)
Yeah! adjusting this one was a bit of a pain in the butt. I’ll definitely be looking into some different straps for my next build
Bro just straight up copied Elliot Colls video
Sorry the process of putting together a watch is exactly the same every time 😂 I also used different hands and a different bracelet so…
@@kyle_munoz you don't have to do the same jokes, same reaction, same mood, same settings, same title, same same

nice activity... though might be cheaper choose one of great homages... and dont call it Rolex
thanks!
Grabi ka OA
definitely
You did not build a Rolex.
You can’t BUILD a Rolex, you have to BUY a Rolex. I’d rather build something than buy it, so I BUILT a Seikomod based on a Rolex.
@@kyle_munoz But your videos title says that you built a Rolex.
@FamilyBrown88 In quotes...it also says Seiko Mod
@kyle_munoz you 100% can build a rolex. Just buy the genuine parts......
LOLL, idk about all that. I appreciate the gas but those watchmakers are a whole different level of craftsmanship
