This is amazing. I just bought my first box of warhammer ever and it was Seraphon. Soon after I stumbled on your video and saw just how much more I could do with this box. Good thing I found you early.
You chose a great box to start with! The models are older and the knights are tricky to build. Don't worry about getting them to fit perfectly, because they won't. still fun to build and paint.
Dude, I cannot say what the many other commentors and great people out there have said, absolutely outstanding. Thank you! I originally found your flesh water courts videos bit happened upon a seraphon box myself, absolutely love it. Again, bless you and the work you put forwards.
Thanks for the kind words. The Seraphon models are a bit old and people say that they aren't that good but I loved making and painting the Carnosaur. The Terradon riders in the Start collecting skinks box were fun to make too.
That is an awesome idea unfortunately I don't currently have any green stuff. I keep debating with myself whether I should have some shipped from overseas or not. It's fairly expensive but looks really fun for modelling.
It is a really fun army to start with but be sure to help with the Seraphon abilities and buffs. They have a lot and at random ranges it can get confusing.
@@brianshobbyspace3569 thanks for the tip, i was already prepared that i have to learn 2 armies now (started with soulblight) but thats also pretty fun
Thank you for the kind words. I would love to try some ideas out on the skink box but as of yet I haven't got one. Do you have any suggestions for projects to be done with that box?
@@martinrossler7804 Thanks for the tip. I just finished making the Bastilidon and I was thinking that they extra snake spitting parts and a skink would make a nice starseer.
Neat. For mine, I figured since drummers and banner bearers are optional in a unit, I just did 5 normal riders, the alpha, a drummer, and a bearer, so I can mix around the unit as I see fit. Just bought old one and car vet on cold one separately xD
Even if you make them as drummers or banner bearers their weapon is still counted the same as all the other members! It's awesome. Have fun with your remaining 3 knights. I used one in a Mega-Gargant build recently as the gargants' dinner.
@@brianshobbyspace3569 Really!? Haha, well dang, oh well, guess I'll just have 3 extra knights then xD Though I may end up getting a second start collecting box anyway, and with a total of 16 knights for 3 units it only leaves one to spare. :)
@@Lexgamer It’s weird right. You would think that if a model has no weapons it has no weapons on the table but in the case of drummers and banners they still are considered armed. Getting a second box sounds like a fun idea.
Thanks. Check out Lustria-online. There are all sorts of cool Seraphon related content, strategies, and general discussion from other Seraphon players there.
SOLID video man! Great creativity and resourcefulness!!! Dont throw away those old clippers! They work! ( I use finger nail clippers 🤣) One thing i noticed was there was a little audio hiss/static. I had the same problem when i started cause i used a shotgun mic. I use Davinci resolve 16 ( free) and theres some audio modifiers that you just drag & drop on the clip to help it out! Anywho. Love the content! More Seraphon Videos please! 🤘😁
Thank you very much for the positive feedback. Currently I'm using a SURE mic that attaches to the camera. Maybe I can get a clip mic for christmas if I'm a good boy. Glad you liked the video. There will be a seraphon upload in about a week (3rd or 4th week of September). I'm working on the Troglodon right now. Please come back and watch that video too.
Typical GW rip-off with the useless extra models but it turns out to be their loss in selling boss upgrades if you can kit bash your own. The secret of a great conversion is when you look at it finished and think it could be a retail figure. You nailed it. Thanks so much.
Thanks. He came out great and I'm pleased with the kitbash but the body is a little skinny. That being said it is a lot better than shelling out 40 bucks for a single model.
Your video is really therapeutic! Such a gentle voice! Picked up my start collecting box today!
Thanks for the kind words. I hope that you enjoy the box. Seraphon is a really great box to start with.

Thank you Brian, I have just started with this Box, your video is just pure gold of knowledge and astuteness !
Thanks for the kind words. Good luck on your box.
I bought the box! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
The models are old but i still use and love mine.
Awesome build. You should have given him a pot belly with greenstuff though, to bulk out the torso
That is an awesome idea unfortunately I don't currently have any green stuff. I keep debating with myself whether I should have some shipped from overseas or not. It's fairly expensive but looks really fun for modelling.
you can also make one of the spare warriors into an astrolith bearer using some spare banner bits and a spare round base
Yeah, That is the next video that I made. It was really fun to make these minis. By the way, thanks so much for watching.
Cool ideas will have to do some of them ( watched the Seraphon video playlist).
Thanks for watching! I plan on trying out an idea for the skink box one of these days, too. So, stay tuned.
awesome, i got a friend of mine into aos lately and he wated to play seraphon, i will definitly do this with him

Great work! this is a fantastic way to get the most from the start collecting box and get some awsome looking minis to boot :)
Thanks so much for watching. Part 2 in the series comes out this weekend.
You can also use the oracle to make a skink priest
That's a good point and a very useful character too. Thanks for reminding me.
What a great different type of video! I really enjoyed this ☺️
Thanks for watching. I am glad that you enjoyed it. There should be a few more videos coming over the winter holidays.
Great video! Really enjoyed watching it🙏🏻
Thank you very much. This is an awesome box to do some kit bashing with.
Great video, would really like a Skink box showcase aswell!
Thank you for the kind words. I would love to try some ideas out on the skink box but as of yet I haven't got one. Do you have any suggestions for projects to be done with that box?
@@brianshobbyspace3569 You can probably make a few Skink Priests and a Slann Starmaster out of it.

This is so cool!
Thank you. I'm sure GW will be bringing out lots of cool new saurus models but these minis that I made will still be stars of my team.
Very nice!
Thank You very much
I'm a simple man. I see Lizard, I click
Thanks for clicking. It is one of the coolest armies out there. Lizards riding dinosaurs ... Awesome!
The carno head crest is what I used for the shield
That would also be a great choice. Thanks for sharing.
very cool idea ^_^

U forget the skink one on trogoldon. Its a good Skink Priest.
That's true. it does work perfectly as a skink priest.
