I printed the dwarfs at 84% and that matches really well the older metal models Hammerers, slayers etc. Just as a note for anyone else trying the dwarf range
If you haven’t seen. I have a new video up comparing GWs treb, and Highlands. It should give you a pretty good idea on how the peasants scale: th-cam.com/video/kIJomszvST0/w-d-xo.html
I wish I still had my 3d printer so I could do experiments like that, but I sold mine when I moved across country. So I am at the mercy of the printers on Etsy.
Thanks for this mate. Theres surprisingly little information on 3D printed models out there. Do you have any recommendations for shops that do high quality prints? Also - any chance of a similar video for the Lost Kingdom Miniatures knights line?
I have a unit of Lost Kingdom Knights of the Realm ordered. I have a unit of Monstrous Encounters coming as well. It will probably be a few weeks as it it is being shipped from overseas, but its coming.
Wasn't WFB 28mm though? Could just be highlands proportions look closer to GW at 32mm. Like the highland models are slightly thinner and more realistically proportioned at the same scale. No oversized heads, hands and feet.

Would 84% be more equivalent to 28mm or 32mm?
I don't have a printer so I'm ordering them.
I think if you are ordering them, 28mm would be closer to the older Warhammer fantasy models.
I use 87%
Legend! Thank you for this!!
Since GW won't allow you to use the minis in official events, why buy GW in the first place?
Thanks. 32mm would have been my guess - nice to have confirmation.
I have some Highlands figures - but only infantry. So seeing the PKs was helpful.
Can you please do this with other units as well? Such as Archers, man at arms etc vs the "new" plastic models

At least for the infantry, printing at 88% seems a lot better than 100%

I print highland minis at 90%
very useful, thanks a lot
I used 87% to print for 28mm but to be fair I’m getting on now and at 28 I think a bit to fiddly to paint I’m going back to 32 just for ease of use

As for printers, There are probably a lot that do great. Personally I have had really good luck with ThePlasticClinic.
@PeacemainDeluxe, video comparing the Lost Kingdom Calix Knights to GW's Bretonnia sculpts is now live.

Thank you
great! Do more!! subscribing!
Thanks man!
More scale comparison videos are coming, but will probably be a couple of weeks to account for overseas shipping.
Liked and subbed. Hope it helps
