I recently got out of a 3yrd readership a few months ago, and it destroyed me. I've been so used to having someone sleep next to me that now It's hard for me to sleep alone. Nightmares, insomnia, worry, and even my anxiety and depression have become worse. But after a sleepless week I found this. I almost didn't click on it because it would have been the 6th video I tried and if i failed to help me sleep. But hearing your voice, how calm, comforting, and relaxing you sound just felt like a warm blanket. The sweet words you say melt all my troubles away and help me sleep and stay asleep.
