@@germanmilkman58 I just wish it had more potential effects in the base game -- there's mods that expand the range of options, but I still think Bethesda could've done more with it. Still, as-is, I still relished unleashing a bit of chaos with it. I have a standing policy that, whenever I hear a guard make a quip about sweet rolls, I pull out the Wabbajack and blast him in the face with it -- the first time I did that, he melted into a pile of sweet rolls, which made me laugh so hard that I _had_ to make that a policy.
That sweet roll line was added to Skyrim as an Easter egg about Fallout 3, which was the Bethesda game before Skyrim. In one of the opening scenes in Fallout 3 there is a birthday party for the main character as a kid and a bully steals his sweet roll.
Did you add milk or something when making the base dough? Because if so you forgot to mention it in the video. 4:34 looks like there is some other liquid in there...
Honestly, I kind of always imagined Skyrim's sweet rolls would taste like very mildly sweet, rustic cinnamon rolls. Odd, since there's no cinnamon in the recipe, but it's what I think of...
honestly i was confused until he got to the "_down with the thickness_" part. very clever. would never have been able to come up with that joke myself.
I made these in a muffin tin, so they would be bite-sized for a d&d we are hosting, and daaaaaammn! The ratio of brioche-to-frosting, its just perfect! I was a little surprised to find out brioche was more like croissant, but less heavy, instead of a flaky cake, but nevertheless amazing!
I found these rather disappointing. Something about the ratio of ingredients in the recipe is off for sure, the dough didn't come together in the mixer properly. Using confectioners sugar for the icing results in a chalky aftertaste. These are kind of engineered only to please the eye. I don't know if Andrew himself writes the recipes out to TH-cam/his website, but I would argue that he wouldn't have had them this way.

I’ve been playing eso for 7 years. I’ve been watching your content for half a year. This video came out ten months ago and I only just found it
Giant: *reacts angirily to your presence*
Babish: "Lets sate that appetite, hm?"
Guard: "Let me guess: someone stole your sweet roll."
Me: "Sounds like *somebody* needs a Wabbajackin'."
CHEESE! CHEESE FOR EVERYONE!
AncientLocksmith it’s the solitude side quest. There’s a crazy dude that runs around the residential district once you hit a certain level.
Do you get to the cloud district often?
Nice
*Let me guess, somebody taught you how to make sweetrolls?*
Me, with a mouthful of sweetroll and tears in my eyes: *nodding*
That sweet roll line was added to Skyrim as an Easter egg about Fallout 3, which was the Bethesda game before Skyrim. In one of the opening scenes in Fallout 3 there is a birthday party for the main character as a kid and a bully steals his sweet roll.
Gonna make these for my girlfriend in the morning. That way I can say: “hey you’re finally awake.”
Update: She stole my 2nd sweet roll Lmaoooo

You could put some weed in there, tastes really good with some ginger, which would also fit in this recipe.
I did too. Probably because I stopped by Cinnabon on the way home after picking up my first copy.
I imagined glazed sweet corn bread for some reason, because it just seemed like the kind of dense bread for the harsh cold of Skyrim.
@@sorrenblitz805 That actually sounds delicious. May not be Skyrim sweet rolls, but now I wanna make some glazed cornbread!
“This sweetroll gets up come on gets down with the thickness” I love this man and that made me so happy I choked on my breath when I heard that
honestly i was confused until he got to the "_down with the thickness_" part. very clever. would never have been able to come up with that joke myself.
Best moment of my day when I heard it.

IIIPlasmaIII or maybe you just made them wrong?
