Good suggestion. There is the box cover when we first mention the title and then the game name appears during the images. But something for the duration of the segment might make sense
One thing I love about Tiletum, is how fast the game is for a Euro. Feels (and is) packed with things to do and great decisions but we can get a 3player game done in a bit over an hour. Pretty rare for a game in that weight class. Great video!
Love your videos; your friendship shines through the jibes, digs and laughter. I was pleasantly surprised to see TILETUM at no.1 I love this game. I did some graphic shenanigans to make a set of different coloured action chits to help track the more complex turns more accurately- works a treat. You can purchase small wooden disks and either paint them matching colours or get someone to tweak the colours on a phot editor and paste them on.
Two of my favorite peas! Lol You guys are my pick me up of the day! The only game I’ve played on this list is Its a Wonderful World which is a great game. Now I’m interested in looking up Tiletum to see if it’s something I would like.
Surprising choices in the sense that some where not the usual suspects. I like it! A nice mix of new and older titles. Really need to play Tiletum again. I rather pull out Hansa Teutonica because the setup is much shorter, the main drawback of Tiletum imho.
Love your enthusiasm and your vibes....I'm sad that you pick age of innovation over TM...did you try fan factions? I really need to try Tiletum and Dune...the hype is real
I wouldn't say just... you have to pay for those tiles and there are other ways to spend your resources. Of course feeding your workers tiles are always a good idea, but not always a no brainer
I have played 7/10 of the games on your top 10 and I loved all of them except for Elysium. I don't know why but the core concept of that game just did not resonate with me. I think pinning it down I just felt like I didn't have any interesting decisions to make or a strategy to build of my own. It always felt that value drafting was always the best option without a lot of room for creativity. It might just be that I have not played it enough times, but I think I would much rather play "It's a Wonderful World" if I want a good card drafting game. All in all I would also give your list an A, just thankful it doesn't have "Isle of Cats" on it 😜
A 30minutes top ten video without chapter bookmarks?!
Yes. Sorry.
Having some graphical overlay with the game title you’re talking about would be super helpful.

I agree! I am impressed with how smooth it plays :)

O that's a good idea!
And yes we get along quite well. It's nice for us too!

Mine too!
Thank you! I obviously recommend Tiletum! I hope you get a chance to play it :)
@@raymyers700 In my dreams Fr. Greg and I host an event where we can all get together and play the games we talk about all the time haha
Most of these look too crrrunchy for me, but I'd give 'em a shot because Daniel is so enthusiastic about them. 😊

Your list is slowly coming… we’ll see some suchy on there one day! Good list dan. I hope you’ve played all those games at least five times😮
You know I haven't ;)!
This video is the reason my wife played Marco Polo with me last week! She won!
At our house Elysium got voted out of our library. Was too much for my kid.
Sad day!
Tzolkin is just lots of tracks with random lucky building tiles. Whoever gets the feed 3 people free tile is a huge favorite to win.

Your videos always cheer me up! Are you both on BGG and if so, what are your usernames?
Thank you! PUNCHBOARDPARTY and I don't know Fr. Greg's off hand...
Thanks for the great video.
Thank you!
Tiletum at number 1!!!!!!!!! Crazy. Great game there. Some solid Euro’s here. And “Look at us” indeed. Good luck on your new collaboration.
Haha you got the allusion? Don't spoil it for the party people. We annouce it in our next best of the month coming up ;)
I wish Elysium got an expansion. Another two or three factions would have really kept the game from getting tired.
It is a shame! It is a super easily expandable game :)

Hey! Isle of Cats is excellent! You take that back!
@@PunchboardParty I nearly thought for a moment that this notification was about the best of May coming out. Alas I am still waiting.
Someone likes beige games 😅
More so as the years go by, for sure! But they need a splash of colour to keep me interested still :)
Greg was such a hater
He's not a real hater. Just pretend. At least that's what i tell myself.
