I took one scoop in my coffee for 4 days. I had increased bowel movements (lots of them). Apparently, it can affect your colon. I’ve backed off to twice a week to see if it helps.

Creatine 5g dose gave me side effects like nausea, flushing and wooziness afterwards. My husband says he also felt the same so not sure if this is such a natural thing.
@@Dee-e2m4p it increases dht but lately studies have said that it’s unsure or insufficient data to conclude, however, there are several anecdotal accounts of rapid hair loss and thinning from taking creatine, if your hair loss hasn’t change then you probably can keep taking it, I haven’t tried due to fear of loosing my hair even more.

There is a HUGE difference between Thorne and other brands. Thorne is amazing.
Is there any information that says mixing it with hot tea is not as effective as taking it with something cold?

Do not put it in your coffee it is not as effective , I drink mine in cold water 💦

That’s the part that freaks me out!! LOL. So, I’m very hesitant to try it.
Well, unexpectedly it has negatively affected my sleep, even at 5mg and less, taking it first thing in the morning. Have to stop taking it.
If you have pattern hair loss creatine will make it worse.
