- In 2021, a delivery person was about to leave when the pizza fell out of the box and landed on the ground. Instead of calling the customer, he shoved the pizza back into the box like nothing happened.
Who holds a pizza like that??🤮🤮🤬🤬

@PoppyCorn144 No I have not, but I was mainly referring to the ones who use staples, and KFC, who uses an adhesive that usually takes tearing up the bag to get into it.
Because nothing bad ever happens at restaurants BEFORE they staple the food closed lol.

I rarely order but when I do, I will wait outside and will collect it personally from the delivery person. They have to secure pizza boxes though. What happened was horrible.

I had an Uber eats delivery person who drank my Starbucks coffee and laughed in my face, her lipstick was on the cup, I had to take a picture and send to Uber eats to get my refund.

I honestly think the delivery guy has a developmental or cognitive issue, which can have the capacity to make grown adults afraid of "getting in trouble." He was thoughtful and kind enough to not put the pizza on the ground (which is why he tried to put the pizza on the ground), but he made a mistake. This should be a learning lesson, not a firing.

I hate that they expect a tip before they even prove the service. If you want to tip after, no one will pick up the order. I've inadvertently tipped many bad deliveries

The problem was its on the ground and he just put it back in, not even getting another one or offering a refund to the customers either like yuck!
