    I guess it's save to say all Baby Audio plugins are great. Innovative and very usable.

    Saw many other tutorials/reviews of TAIP and didn't liked the plugin. Now, after i see this video, i changed my mind and totally fell in love with TAIP.
    What a great tutorial and what a great plugin.

    This plugin is a new ERA of plugins. I have never heard such a musical - positive impact of a plugin in a mix. That's MADNESS - NOT even the best hardware can do what this plugin can do!! Man - what have you done?? Are you serious - this is sorcery 😊

    I got this straight away, it's perfect for adding some vibe & glue for synths - I've been after this style of effect for a long time and amazing work!

    I’m loving this plugin - the mix / glue settings in particular were really helpful on my master bus. Another great one from BABY audio. Can’t wait to keep trying it new ways. Cheers.

    This is the best review out for the PLUG IN! Also, the video quality and the room both are extremely pleasant... Well done mate :)

    I mentioned before that I really like the tAIp plugin, but not as an actual tape emulation. In truth it´s not meant to be used as an true emulation of a real tape machine, there are other plugins that does that. I mainly use tAIp as a saturation and sound shaping effect which it does very good. The only gripe I have with this plugin is it´s aliasing it´s making, they should add at least 8x oversampling in a future update.

    • @prodbycxrlos
      @prodbycxrlos 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What tape plugin would you recommend as an actual tape emulation?

    • @michaelhonormusic
      @michaelhonormusic 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@prodbycxrlos If you are on a budget then Hornet Tape is decent but limited. If you are looking for something better overall then Tone Empires tape plugin is great. I also heard good things about IK tape plugins. Tape plugins adds harmonic and distortion so oversampling is very important, Baby Audios tAIp sounds good but I use it on one or two tracks max since it has audible aliasing. In 2021 you would expect oversampling as standard but no.

    Nice tutorial and great sounding plugin. But I'm a bit suspicious about why you are not explaining the 'real benefit and purpose' 0:41 of the AI in this plugin as a central theme for the tutorial? Isn't that the whole point of the name TAIP? I'm confused. What does the AI actually do for me that differentiates it from the rest? It looks like you're controlling the sound by adjusting various controls to me, just like you would with any other plugin….?🤔

    Lack of noise pumping due to signal overload and compression. The noise just sounds flat and even, unlike actual tape. All else looks good.
