My mom always says I'm never gonna amount to anything unless I go to college and work a job till I'm too old to enjoy retirement. Educate yourselves....the schools have failed us.
you feel the excitement rushing in, this how we should feel. we should wake up every morning not having to worry about anything go anywhere we want and take a vacation whenever we want. we should all be financially free.

You are very lucky in the states, because I live in Europe, and I assure you that as I see it you have much higher salaries, and it is easier for you to invest in real estate. I know people who have already tried, the facts most of them have moved to Florida, because in our countries there are laws that do not allow you to do your job properly.

How about talking about all the Bad renters and people that destroyed your houses.. Cost of fixing problems? what happens when you can't find a renter? What happens when Covid hits and they don't pay the rent? Law says you can't kick them out? What now?
so if he sold all of his homes would he get 1.6 million outright ? because wouldn't he have to pay back the bank the original loan plus interest which leaves him with a profit of lets say 30k for each home can someone explain this to me please it would be really helpful.
