    Beets,carrots,apples, cucumber,lemon and ginger is also great for intestines and keeping the appendix healthy.

      If they seem without enough taste then adding juice from the same helps while acquiring more of a taste for veggies.

    thankyou. My husband has plaque in his leg artery. this is caused by his diet. I am now looking at ways to reduce the plaque so he wont' need dangerous surgery. I have a lot of faith in the younger generation of people who are really fixing the ills we have in our country. I will subscribe.

    You are absolutely correct beats definitely taste like dirt! Two years ago I’ve visited Punta Cana and I had the most amazing beet juice drink And this is the same exact recipe minus the apples that they used in the Dominican republic. This video is awesome!! I was severely anemic before drinking 2 cups of beet juice daily now I no longer need my iron pills 🙌🏾

      Wow are you serious. I am severely anemic also, taking iron pills. Vickie, you definitely inspired me to go on and make the beet juice, because I am not a fan of beets.

    For anybody that is interested in juicing...get a masticating juicer, not a centrifugal one.
    To make the beets juice more "drinkable" you can add a cucumber to the juicing recipe, or even better , I buy watermelon, eat the red part, and use the bottom part, the green part and whatever red is left, in the juicing project, which adds a vaso dilator component to amplify the nitric oxide effects of the beets.
    ...and also the beets help with the workout in....the bedroom

      I have juiced the watermelon rind as well. It’s good to know it has more great benefits. I juice the entire pineapple including the skin. I initially thought I would get an irritated mouth. However, no adverse effects. ❤

    I just started incorporating beet into my diet and i LOVE it!
    I really encourage you to try a salad made from grated raw beet, carrot, apple, some nuts, lemon juice and maple/date syrup - SUPER yummy, low calorie and most importantly - nutritious :)
    I also make a smoothie from beets and blueberries as a pre - workout, that way i get all the fiber and its great :)
    Being a whole plant based food vegan really opened a whole new world for me and i am super happy for that!

    I got nailed with a 4 cm cancer tumor on my right kidney. They're going to remove the tumor or the whole kidney I think just half the kidney. This is another TH-cam channel I will be following. I appreciate the information. And have already did a 180 degree plant-based diet.

    It's also nice to just blend in a vitamix with apples. I'm drinking it right now. 2 beets, 4 apples, 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds, blended with water. Going to try Mandarin oranges next instead of apples

    Add 1/2 cucumber and small chunk of ginger, trust me you’re gonna love it! it gives a whole fresh taste to your juice.

      Love those creative ideas...God gave us that ability to stay healthy if we just seek after Him...I have a recipe for Turkey chili that uses beet juice as a base and then reduce the liquid and its very aromatic!

    Thank you , keep all this amazing info rolling , I have a job , that I do lots of different tasks long list , top of list ,I am a dishwasher ,After work , most of my friends there , say " Oh I am so tired and lay in front of T V " ,, Not me I would go home work out ,not bragging , I seen at store Beets were on sale .So two meals a day I have beets ,,my energy level , is way better My body is healthier ,so in turn ,I am happier , oh yes I am in my 60's and after work , I go home and work out almost every day .

    Juicing the greens and stalks from the beet is very nutritious, beet greens have the highest level of potassium of any vegetable in the world! :)

    Excellent video thank you. So glad you mentioned "eat those delicious beet greens..." as they are great tasting and much better than kale. Do try marinating your diced beets in homemade italian salad dressing with real olive oil. Tastes GREAT! In case so one told you, you can peel off the outer layer of beets before you slice/dice them and eat them (if you're not juicing them). Pickled beets and marinated beets are great ways to enjoy beets, but also try raw matchstick style beets mixed into your favorite salads and raw/pickled beet slices in your sandwiches.

    I really needed to see this Video instead of Google but you are giving a little more details. My blood pressure fluctate up and down. I am so far eating bad because I don't. I pay close attention to my body. I am in remission from Crohn's Disease. Diagnosed in the mid 90's so eating habits had to change drastically. I have never experienced surgeries thank God. Of I am older not quite where I should be at weight. Beet root juice benefits I was so blown away and I am into juicing now keeping it in my everyday eating habits

    Hope mixing this up in a NutriBullet or a reg blender will give same texture/ taste as a juicer. Hoping that vaso dialation helps in other things too 😉

      Hi! I just read about ur stained hands , but when that happens: put a Tbp of Himalaya salt into your hands, rub, rub really good, then rinse them & gone the stain! Sorry I’m 3 months late!🙈

    Might I suggest instead of juicing, put all the ingredients into a Vitamix. It will process everything, seeds skins,stems ect all into a liquid.

    I like beets, but then again I’ve never had raw beets, it’s probably like a potato, nasty raw, but great cooked. Have you ever considered trying a tropical fruit called sour sop? It’s great by itself, but also makes the best milkshake ever.

    First, I LOVE beet green and am so sad that WF stopped selling them. Secondly, I was on IV antibiotics for 21 days and my veins were wasted! Straight out of the hospital I started eating beets and they recovered very well.

    You can also juice the beet greens as well depending on the juicer

      True... That's how I used the Greens.. And that's only because I went to a Awesome Salad Bar the day Before and they had the same healthy ingredients in their Salads etc. So I didn't use the Beet Greens for a Salad. It was Great for Juicing & Smoothies..

    How long does the vaso-dilation last? How long do you have to wait after eating beets before training? What is the recommended dose? And why would you juice them rather than smash them in a blender?
