I got my notes for the day and I'm heading out in a few hours! Shallow: Bluegill type: Swimjig + Bootail Deep: Shad Style: Deep Cranks: Chart + Blue back, dredge the bottom Jig Thanks Flukemaster!
Thanks Gene I really look forward to your baits of the month. I live on Oconee and a lot of the recommendations are just a bit late for the season. Yours are always spot on
Thank you for the info. Also one thing i have learned about the lake you in here is make sure your lure is hitting the bottom. I have caught more big bass there doing that. My biggest is a 5 3/4 lber so far. Tight lines bro.
Matter of fact your channel is where I learned how to use a fluke more effectively and my catch ratio went way up just a guy that's love to fish and willing to learn more about the sport of bass fishing
I run the 1/4 6th sense divine swim jig in bluegill fire and a 3 inch green pumpkin black flake swim bait and its a killer bluegill immitator... it kills it in ponds
Are you representing kastking now? I love kastking, their motto is "affordable innovation" and they absolutely deliver on that. They may be cheaper than anyone else but their quality is definitely there. I've noticed that they may have some plastic and cheaper made components on their rods but you just can't beat the value! Incredibly well made equipment at a much lower price than competitors. Anything from their apparel to their rods and bait trays, kastking is my absolute choice as far as angling equipment goes. I encourage you to check out the Megatron 200 bait caster...one hell of a reel man and it's super cheap, can't believe how affordable and well made kastking products are.
me too i like fishing a jig went fishing to day and caught me a two pounder then caught me two more on a square bill crankbait keep on fishing anglers.
When you say a jig do you mean any jig or just a football jig? Just curious because I have zero confidence with a football jig for bank fisherman like myself
Personally, when I’m bank fishing, it just depends on the spot as to what kind of jig I’ll use. Whether it be shallow, with heavy cover, or next to a damn or something where it’s really deep. I’ve had a lot a luck with swim jigs myself. They are one of my go to for a variety of different spots.

Go Dawgs!
Imma keep using my buzz bait rn cause yesterday I got 10 of them in 20 cast
You don’t use siebert jigs anymore? Any reason for that?
Or just learning about the bass fishing world
I have to ask, how often do you have to buy a new Georgia hat? They are always looking crisp without the sweat stains.
Thanks G
Every lake in june is different cause of how it is
You can tell by the way it is

@@airadaimagery692 swimjig is king for a bank angler! 💪
How did bass fisherman ever catch fish before 8, 9, and 10 speed reels?
We held a 6 speed over our head and reeled very fast
😂 more than i care to admit to my wife. I love jigs.
Carolina Rig ain't making the top 5?!?
Really great baits. I was just organizing all my baits last night. Thanks for sharing those baits. 💯 🛶 🎣
