Thank you. You helped me figure out how to fix my daughter’s “burgundy” mints to the correct color of maroon. At this point I have to start over! I used a burgundy food color and kept adding black and ended up with a boysenberry. I should have just started with red and added black and would have hit it spot on instead of going for the “easy” premixed color.
